Charleston Real Estate Market Stats & Facts: According to the local paper

An article came out in todays Post & Courier newspaper with an optimistic tone to it.  The fact that BOEING IS coming to Charleston, SC certainly makes a significant impact and continues to drive future real estate market growth for sure.  The local residential absorption rates will likely begin to decline (we hope).
