MIXSON Summertime Celebration – Thursday June 4th

Join us for an afternoon of summertime celebration and music THIS Thursday, June 4, from 5:30-8:30pm

You’ll find the party – and the grill – in Spear Park (MIXSON)

We’re taking advantage of this gorgeous sunny weather to throw a neighborhood feast of Johns Island fruits, vegetables, and seafood, all provided by the North Charleston Farmers’ Market.  Bring your instrument if you play, or just bring yourselves and some beverages for a relaxing time with Mixson friends and neighbors.  While you’re here, make sure to stop into some of the homes, which will be open for viewing.

Directions from downtown Charleston:

Take I-26 West 7 miles to Montague Avenue, Exit 213. Right on East Montague for 1.2 miles to the 3rd light. Right on Mixson Avenue following the signs. View map from Downtown.

Directions from Mt. Pleasant, Daniel Island, and the East Cooper Beaches:

Take I-526 west over the Cooper River. Take the North Rhett Avenue Exit (stay in center lane as you approach stop sign). Right on North Rhett for 9 Miles to Park Circle. Go right around Park Circle to East Montague. Continue to 1st light and go left on Mixson Avenue following the signs. View map from Mt. Pleasant.
