National Outdoor Sculpture Competition

Sculpture artists from across the nation submitted entries to participate in the fourth annual National Outdoor Sculpture Competition and Exhibition. This eleven month exhibition features artists from across OSC&E – Wallthe nation displaying imaginative and thought provoking large-scale sculpture. The judged exhibition features up to fifteen sculptures from established and emerging artists selected for honorariums and awards. Sculpture sites are located throughout the stunning, picturesque Riverfront Park, set on the banks of the gorgeous Cooper River.OSC&E- Fuhrman Visitors can enjoy the sculptures displays among ten acres of walking paths, lawns, fountains, and boardwalks. The exhibition is open to the public from April 2009 – March 2010. Organized and presented by the City of North Charleston Cultural Arts Department.
