Rivertowne On The Wando

Rivertowne on the Wando is a waterfront community located in the town of Mt. Pleasant off of highway 41. It is adjacent to Rivertowne Country Club, but is separate and distinct with two community docks on the Wando River, swimming pool, tennis courts and play park.

Rivertowne on the Wando features homes from the area’s largest builders as well as custom built homes located towards the rear of the community.  Some homes include private docks on the Wando River, some have a “dedicated” boat slip for their owners and others are on interior lots. The waterfront homes have spectacular views of the Wando and the setting sun and grant the home owners direct access to some of the best fishing in the area.
