CHARLESTON, S.C. — They’re getting ready for the march of the penguins at the South Carolina Aquarium as the first section of a new exhibit arrives this week.

CHARLESTON, S.C. — Charleston Mayor Joe Riley is heading to Chicago to meet with a key member of President-elect Barack Obama’s transition team.
