CHARLESTON, S.C. Travis O. Rockey will take over as president and chief operating officer of the Evening Post Publishing Co. Jan. 1, the company’s flagship newspaper reported Thursday.

Magnolia Development Bridge and Roads Closer to Fruition

Construction of roads to serve the planned Magnolia development in the Charleston Neck area is slated to begin next month.
