Plans unveiled for $750 million commercial complex

Saying they are looking beyond the roiling economy and the slowing real estate market, developers unveiled plans Tuesday for a $750 million commercial and office project that they say would take shape over the next 20 years in North Charleston.

Joint venture in N. Charleston could create 6,000 jobs

A commercial development described as the largest in the state’s history is coming to North Charleston, according to a news release from Mayor Keith Summey’s office Monday morning.
